Disney Channel is giving a glimpse of the new film Descendants: Wicked Wonderland.
The network shared a trailer for the movie Friday featuring Kylie Cantrall, Malia Baker and Leonardo Nam.
Wicked Wonderland is a new sequel in the Descendants franchise, which follows the children of famous Disney heroes and villains.
Kylie Cantrall and Malia Baker return as Red, the daughter of Alice in Wonderland’s Queen of Hearts, and Chloe, the daughter of Cinderella and Prince Charming, who must “figure it out together” after changing the past created a new villain: Red’s friend and tutor Maddox Hatter.
The trailer features the new villain anthem, “Mad-Wicked Wonderland.”
“When Maddox (Leonardo Nam) captures the Queen of Hearts (Rita Ora), Red and Chloe must work with Red’s new sister Pink, Luisa Madrigal’s son Luis, Captain Hook’s daughter Hazel, and Maddox’s son Max to save her and Wonderland,” an official synopsis reads.
Descendants: Wicked Wonderland premieres July 16 on the Disney Channel and will start streaming on Disney+ the next day.
