‘The Batman Part II’ gets short teaser, release delayed to 2028

The Batman Part II has delayed its release again, this time to 2028.
Director Matt Reeves shared the news Wednesday on social media alongside a short teaser for the film.
The Batman Part II is a sequel to the 2022 reboot of the Batman film franchise, directed by Reeves and starring Robert Pattinson as the DC Comics character Bruce Wayne, aka Batman.
The new teaser features camera test footage of Pattinson appearing in his Batman costume in the rain.

The Batman Part II was originally to open in 2025 and was initially delayed to Oct. 2 of this year. The film was again delayed to Oct. 1, 2027, and will now open in theaters Feb. 18, 2028.
Other cast members include Jeffrey Wright, Andy Serkis, Colin Farrell, Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan and Charles Dance.
