Domhnall Gleeson is ‘The Incomer’ in new trailer

Sumerian Pictures released the trailer for The Incomer on Tuesday. The film opens Sept. 25 in theaters.
Domhnall Gleeson stars as Daniel, a Scottish government official sent to evict two siblings (Gayle Rankin and Grant O’Rourke) from an island they have lived on their entire lives. Daniel ultimately relates to them and sides with them when his bosses come looking.
The Incomer premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January where it won the Next Innovator Award. UPI praised the film in its review for its whimsical comedy and acceptance of the three lead characters.
Louis Paxton wrote and directed The Incomer. It also stars Emun Elliott, Michelle Gomez and John Hannah.
Rated R, The Incomer runs 102 minutes.
