Predator: Badlands, starring Elle Fanning and Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi, is the No. 1 movie in North America, earning $40 million in receipts this weekend, BoxOfficeMojo.com announced Sunday.
Coming in at No. 2 is Regretting You with $7.1 million, followed by Black Phone 2 at No. 3 with $5.3 million, Sarah’s Oil at No. 4 with $4.5 million and Nuremberg at No. 5 with $4.1 million.
Rounding out the top tier are Chainsaw Man at No. 6 with $3.6 million, Bugonia at No. 7 with $3.5 million, Die My Love at No. 8 with $2.8 million, Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere at No. 9 with $2.2 million and Tron: Ares at No. 10 with $1.8 million.
